Best thing about Motel Chandan is its location . Just a few steps away from Khatiya gate . Rooms are spacious and clean . Bathrooms and toilets are also hygienic . There is big garden with lush green grass in front of all the rooms where in you can enjoy your lunch and dinner . Bon fire facility is also available for nominal charges .Hotel manager Amit was very humble and courteous . He helped us with all our queries regarding safari . Cabs to Jabalpur can also be availed from Motel itself . Over all a nice experience . Will definitely re-book this motel in future in case of any Kanha plans .

Best hotel cum resort near kanha national park. Service is very good, u feel like homely nature type peaceful environment with good staff. Restaurant and food quality is very good with reasonable price in market. I will recommend all family and couples to stay In this budget resort due to awesome service and closer to khatia entry gate.

Hotel is very good and adjacent to Khatia gate. Food is extremely good and very homely. I am with my family, the staff are polite and very good. Owner is very good and helpful and taking care of all of us during my stay. I recommend this hotel who plans to visit Kanha National Park from Khatia gate.

We really had a very good stay with affordable Ac. room. It was very clean and food served was also good quality. Staff was genuine and helpful. Motel pre booked our safari that made our journey quite Hassel free. Overall experience was good I will surely recommend Motel Chandan for your next trip.

Host had offered me a nice room called "Hawa-Mahal" with a private balcony which I had used for star-gazing. Room and Bathroom was clean. Food was also tasty and nice. Hotel is just 2 mins walking distance from Khatiya Gate Ticket counter. I would recommend it.

One of the best hotels in Khatia gate Kanha. Just 200m from Khatia gate. Spacious rooms well maintained, courteous staff , toiletries provided. Hot water available. Parking space available. Food was better. But Little bit costly. Views from rooms are very nice.
