Bad exp.after paying, came to know, room was non-ac, immediately contacted the property, they agreed to give ac room after extra payment on arrival. They gave me a room with ac after extra payment. No blanket, napkins,soap, Drinking water bottle etc. There is no change bet. ac & non ac except for the ac box. Only car parking facility is good.

room pillows and bedsheets were dirty, later on they changed the bedsheet after my request. The bathroom is way too dirty. the bathroom photos you are seeing are after they have cleaned it 2 times. i have left the room in half day as an it's way too and minimum basic hygiene is not maintained.

Rooms, bed, bathroom are clean & hygienic.. Very courteous & hospitable reception staffs, room service guys are always friendly & helpful.. Mr Sasi Kumar is a thorough gentleman.. location close to hill temple.. walkable distance from Tiruttani Bus stand & Railway station

1. No hot water available in room, 2. They told it will be provided at morning, but there is no one at reception at morning to provide the hot water, 3. For blankets i have followed them for 30mins.. 4. Room near and clean but for this price it is not worth..

Horrible washroom with no latch in the washroom door. No hot water facility. Jug and bucket inside and outside full of fungus. When the rooms are seen in such horrible condition that too in the peak night hours... just imagine our situation.

Rooms are not properly maintained and having No proper ventilation in rooms. Building is a Marriage Hall having rooms on the Ground floor. Bedsheet is having stains on it. Property is having amble car parking space and near to bus stand.

Actually they didn't provide any hot water....I have asked him if it is a Deluxe room so you have to provide the hot water...but no use... He is saying that if you book a hotel offline it will be hot.... Very worst hotel

Rooms are very small, not clean, not suitable at all for the family stay. Also goibibo shows higher tariff than hotel direct booking rate so they are cheating customers.

The staff at the residency are very helpful.they guided me to go to temple ,for food,small purchases etc.The owner is very good and helpful
