Nice experience except one thing, route to the resort... Very pathetic road. Road work is underway.. Roads in some places are good and widen but in some place are like we are in Leh Ladak or in way to kulu manali, literally no road is there.. We were a group of 3 couples and a kid. We were late to reach the resort on time. We asked the resort people about the condition of the road before we started the journey and we were informed that the road is fine and no issue. We reached Munnar at 10:30pm. There is 22 more kms to Chinnakanal where the resort is situated. We are informed by the local people that road to Chinnakanal is closed from 6pm onwards and it will open only on 7am. We again enquired about this in the hotel reception, but they replied there is no such issue and road is open. Also they replied that they lost our phone number to contact us. So we moved through the gap road. But Road was closed when we reached almost 5km before the resort.We contacted the resort staff in charge and enquired about the situation but they are totally ignorant about this. That was such a panic situation because time was 11:30pm and we had to take a risk of choosing a narrow and dangerous road to reach the resort. Stone falling area and rock excavation zone in the road raised our heartbeat. By God's grace we reached resort at 1am. Fortunately we didn't lost our net connection so we were able to communicate the staff. They also contacted us to guide the route. we had a comfort stay in the resort. Nice cottages, amazing ambience, food was so delicious. Staffs were very polite and helpful. We enjoyed a lot in activity room, gym and play area . Rooms were very neat and clean. Very well maintained area. Pool was awesome. Upon on request they made a cake for the honeymoon couples as complementary. We extended 1day more in the resort. We Will give 5* to all the amenities and services in the resort but 1* for route to resort. Authority should keep an eye on this issue. You people should pressurize the concerned authority to speed up the completion of road work. Except this we enjoyed a lot and we have no complaints about room, stay, staff, service. Individual cottages, nice hospitality, cleanliness, neat and clean bathroom and accessories. Helping staff and overall infrastructure.❤

We were there only for one Night. But it was the Best time of our lives. The stay , the ambience was perfect. In fact we visited Munnar after 25 years. Mountain Club really makes our stay the best in our lives... Will visit there again for sure... Highly recommended😍👍🏻👍🏻👌👌👌

One of best stay ever I had..room was excellent . 2 rooms in one cottage. If you go as family then it is the best place to stay. The cottage is built in stone.. awesome location. Breakfast fast was good. You get all facilities. I will stay there next time Good hospitality..

stay was very nice.. especially the staff very friendly and pleasing mentality...Room was clean and tidy. We had a problem for the hot water once we complaint they solve the problem in couple of minutes. really appreciate the way they deal it.

Excellent resort with beautifully manicured lawns and amazing natural view. Stay at the resort for at least two days and relax . Food though is average and bit expensive.
