Hotel staff told can't park car in their parking area so, I parked on road side. Didn't provide bath towel and soap. The room was not cleaned, full of dirt, dust and hair on the sheet, blanket and pillow cover. bathroom was not cleaned. nasty and sticky mug & bucket.These all are accepted but, what i couldn't tolerate was they lied that they cleaned just before we arrived hotel. However, they did not argue, swept the floor and changed the linen as per our request.when swept the room floor completely there was almost a cup(tea cup)of soil. They given 2 bottle of drinking water. Check in and Check out was easy because I payed full amount when I book the hotel.

Room was okay with good smell, Hot water available all time. But no towel was given. After asking they gave a used towel it smells very bad it’s wet too then we returned it.On 2nd also we asked for towel they said sry sir all went for laundry service pls adjust .No Soap 🧼 given after asking they said they kept a shampoo bottle as a soap. How to use a liquid shampoo bottle as a soap. After asking only they gave water bottle on the 2nd day stay..! Overall stay was okay for an overnight stay.

*hotel check in was smooth, they didnt made me to wait for a longtime. but they are not accepting soft copy of ID Proof they need id for physical verification that feels more secure. *room was decent and good cleanliness, staff was very supportive and ready to help. *ac was new and chill. *night security helped us to park our car safely as they dont have private parking. overall stay was 98/100 Marks room was spacious and well maintained.

Worst stay, I had expected a room while booking, but it was a dormitory. Really, I was shocked and tried to cancel immediately, but it showed no refund. Even that dormitory also not good and the common toilet and bathroom was Worst. For this amount we can get good room at good hotels in Madurai. Pl don't show these type of hotels in the search.

Visited madurai for a company meet , booked this hotel in deluxe room. Stay was good , rate wise ok. i got neat and clean room. Staff was helpful. Msp is a budget friendly hotel. Hotel is full safety for women , not like other hotel only family customers and senior citizen seen here. this hotel is recommended for women travellers.

The Hotel staff is really very Humble and Provided service 24hrs.Located near to hotel, Hospital, fashion stores etc.Rooms are so simple and clean.Request to Hotel management : provide a tour map of madurai(places to visit).

Excellent facilities and services I have got from this property. The room was spacious and comfortable. The AC and the TV was working fine. All in all had a good stay in this property.

hotel was very worst condition . No water in wash basin and no clean Ness and smell in the Towels and bedsheets.. please do not recomend this type of hotels

Stay was ok ok. Around 5km from Meenakshi temple. Some mosquitoes were there. Other than that it was ok
