Very disappointing . at this price you will find better room at nearby hotel . no service. no water . nothing except a bed and that is old fashioned . but room was spacious . the reception person was very rude . thay have double standards . if u book A/C room than u r god for them but u you go for Non A/C than they are God . never go for it !

Booked 2 Non- AC room. Room size is quite big. Location is also good. Parking space is large. Room is very old fashioned. TV was not working. Breakfast was complimentary only till last month of Aug 22. Bathroom is not at all good, there was no flaucet. Towel was not provided, only one soap was given.There were ants in the rooms.

Nice property. Good service. Quite and clean gardens as well. Although the MTDC is itself is very good, the Fardapur village itself is very under-developed hence it's recommended to carry basic first aid and other necessities since locating a good shop is quite difficult.

MTDC being MTDC, property is spacious and located at the prime spot and is easily accesible. Ample parking space available. However conditions of the washrooms is very dirty. Food is very average and since it is average, it becomes costly for the price they charge.

Too much power cut issue (Atleast 4-5 times in a day). Stay was not up to the mark. One can only stay there in winter season. Pigs are roaming freely inside the resort. Facilities like play area for children is not well maintained.

Negatives -Room are very old fashioned and complementary breakfast had only poha, Upma and tea. Positives - compound is very nice for the price range, food is okay too. overall a good place to stay
