We stayed for 3 days in mtdc kunkeshwar resort. There were 40 of us in all. We had a very good experience here during this stay. The resort is very close to the Kunkeshwar Temple and the beach. If you take a sea view type room here, you can see the amazing sea view from up close. This resort has a lot of hapus mango trees and amrai. And in this Amrai Garden, the design of rooms, restaurant, swimming pool is amazing. We had booked 9 rooms in total. All rooms have 24 hours ac, geyser facility. Accommodation is provided with clean bed, well maintained bathroom and toilet. The environment outside the room is also very quiet and you get the feeling of privacy even outside the room. All the staff here are very smart and helpful. The restaurant here is also very nice and their staff service is excellent. food quality is amazing..

MTDC Kunkeshwar is one of the best government properties. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious. View is great from Hotel restaurant and Swimming pool. Wifi only works at restaurant and reception occasionally. Swimming pool is not clean properly. Room Service is not there at all. Not even telephones in Room Restaurant food is not so good also not many options for breakfast. You will request them but staff is rude at restaurant. If you are only looking for stay it's a best property. Don't expect room service and food options.

We had booked a village room but the rooms were not at all maintained. We also requested for change of room or upgradation of room but staff of the hotel was not ready to give another room and also not ready to upgrade the room. There were also no Wifi, intercom in the room. Flush was not working properly and there was termites on the furniture and wall..

it was a great experience in kokan....hotel is very good and clean. hotel location is also very good...hotel is exactly opposite of beach....almost max 300 mrs from beach. staff is very good and hotel provide both veg and non veg tasty food.

Fantastic location, polite staff,good clean stay. Wonderful to watch sunset from gallery. Food is also good and local.And one important thing is that near to Kunkeshwar temple. The ladies supervisory staff supports family stay.
