The location is fantastic and surrounding is peaceful. Room size was fairly large and they were clean too. But they ought to be painted often. They need major improvement in their restaurant service timing and menu. Since this is a Govt owned establishment staff is courteous but not helpful. Another issue is guest quarters locations, they are situted at a higher plain. No prior information provided about lack of lift. I was traveling with my aged parents and was lucky to change their room to a ground floor suit. Hence not advisable to travel here with aged people unless you check about availability of a ground floor room.

We have opted for VIP suite room .Room was big enough but It has water leakage in bathroom and toilet and not upto the mark in comparison to other resorts .I think non AC or AC suite room is more than enough in rainy or winter season. Jitna paise charge karra hai resort uske comparison utna achha nahi hai ,But ambience achha hai.Food thoda costly hai restaurant me ,humne 200-300 Meter pass wale dhaba type hotel me khana khaya jaha sports activities bhi available thi. overall experience ok ok tha.App ek bar visit kar sakte ho

hotel room is great, location is like out of the town too isolated. it's good if you want to just relax and stay in the hotel there's lake n boating nearby. for food if you are vegetarian you may not prefer to eat that's what we chose to do. not sure about non-veg. we just had tea once we didn't like. Lavasa city is more than an hour from the location. my rating is for room and service. good only in terms of stay

Absolute let down. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is a dampener to your spirits. The campus is unkempt. Had to carry my own luggage. No toiletries. No hot water in the bathroom. No option for food. We agreed to pay extra for breakfast but was informed not possible. The hotel has a big area & one can do wonders with such a huge property but no one in MTDC is giving a thought.

Non refundable booking is really disappointing!! In case of emergency you won't be able to change anything at any cost! Hence this is not very customers friendly. Maintenance is also an issue, Swiming pool was not maintained, and food quality at canteen is also not good at the same time too costly.

Third class property, rooms ,restaurants and services are pathetic. Unhygienic and dirty rooms and restaurant food. Morning breakfast is horrible only upma and missal paw no other options are available. Not recommended to anyone. This is the result of corruption in government organisations.

Very worst resort, kitchen is very unhygienic, food quality is very bad, unpleasant smelling in the restaurant, no other alternative options for food nearby. I checked in at 11 am and checked out at 5 pm and shifted to another resort in Lavasa. Never book this resort.

It's very good for those who wants to live in nature surrounded by hills and dam, and peacefull stay. Also good is tasty and good quantity but limited options are there. Nearby meal options are there which is also good. Overall experience is good.

I had booked the place because your ad showed a swimming pool. On going there it was learnt that the pool has been closed and under repair since long. We stayed there for hardly an hour. A sheer waste of money, time and energy. Feeling cheated.

mtdc can never disappoint you in terms of views and location. This is one of best place in when you think for weekend getaway with you family. It is just 600m away from two lake boating clubs.

Restaurant has very limited food items and has restricted timing. No other food options available in the vicinity. Rooms are nice. Amenities are not that much maintained

There is no way one can reach the property. No contact available. Property is present amidst the nature. Views are pretty beautiful. Must visit during monsoon.

staff is good. bone fire is costly but can be divided into couples. unfortunately we don't find any other so we drop the plan. food is good and reasonable.

Not worth at all, the condition of the resort is worst. Specially the rooms, washrooms and cafeteria need to revamp. The food is also limited.
