It is a nightmare to think about the stay experience we had with this hotel. we have booked two rooms in June and there were no power supply whole day.. Since the monsoon rains started we requested them to provide atleast hot water to freshen up and waited nearly one and hours to get it.. we had to alter all our plans as they gave us all horrible surprises. for a dinner they have charged 1000 rs for (25 poori and 6 chappathi's). Only when it comes to billing they act like star hotel and their service cannot be compared with any cheap hotel (even cheapest hotel will have some respect to their guest).they don't give even a single water bottle as complementary. Be prepared with loads of money if u want to stay here, irrespective of the service you get. very importantly it is 15 kms away from munnar, but in website it showed just 6kms away.

No room service,, numerous power cuts and no back up generator to support,, only battery backup with just one night lamp connected to it,, morning breakfast was horrible so had to eat outside. It is an ideal place to stay for looser and yup they made me one after staying there..

Horrible place. Accessibility to the place is really bad and they don't even have a nameboard to direct to the place. Waste of money ,never go for it. Very bad ambience just a makeshift place.

The hotel owner was helpful. The ambiance and services were very nice. The location was ok, easily accessible. Couples of sightseen places were near to the hotel. The stay was good.

Good time to spend. Hotel rooms, lobbies are clean. Only issue lunch n dinner not available and 13 kms far from City Munnar. Otherwise it is a good place to be recommended.

Far from main Munnar, its in Aanchal village area. Hotel was so-so, Bathrooms are too big, King size. Breakfast was good, and Tea was awesome.

Location wise it's fine and on the way to Munnar. Rooms were very spacious but room had bad smell. Maintenance of the room need to be better.

Although stay was comfortable. But it was overpriced. Room was tidy, bed size is enough for 2 people. No good eating place os nearby.

It is around 14-15km away from bus stop in Anchal. Rooms are good and spacious. Overall a nice place on the amount it offers.
