1. Hotel appears to be new (only one year old as informed). Rooms were neat and clean and shinning white. 2. Only two pillows were provided initially. On demand, provided two more. No welcome tea & coffee kit provided. 3. Breakfast was booked in package as offered in the website. But, hotel restaurant was non Ops. Probably, due to less no. of guests in the past. They arranged breakfast & dinner from outside. Price was reasonable. Cutlery provided was very good. Small bowls may also be arranged. 4. Bed size was little small (queen) but linen was mostly clean. 5. Hot water supply was not adequate. Probably, using only solar heater. 6. With little bit of more effort, hotel Stay can be very comfortable. New hotel and its cleanliness.

Its a budget friendly Hotel. Location is good and the place is clean. Manager and staff are polite and helpful. Pros: 1) Budget Friendly 2) Clean Premise 3) Hot water , TV, Wifi, Power backup, drinking water provided. 4) friendly Staff Cons: 1) No Restaurant in Hotel. You will have to order food from outside or make arrangements. This is a hassle if visiting with family and kids. . 2) Only few rooms with proper mountain view. 3) 4-5 car parking space inside hotel premise, others need to park outside. 4) wifi range & speed is limited. 5) rooms are not noise proof.

I really happy to say ..it's wa really good stay with Munnar summer castle... Very good location and the property is quite good... The rooms was big enough and having great view.,.. i really thanks for Mr Manikandan for his service...he is really helpful and very hospitable...

this location is 12-14 km away from Munnar town. but in one way it's good because of the less crowd. The staff was so cooperative. The only challenge was the restaurant which was not open, so food needs to be arranged from outside.

The ambiance was good in the property. The food was OK. We booked the room for a hilltop view but we went there and they said it was not available. Wi-Fi was not working because of poor signal. We can stay safe.

Pathetic breakfast buffet,they say mountain view room but that category doesn't offer any view,No kettle was provided in the room.Not worth the price.

the hotel is not at the centre of munnar but you can go got air balloon and couple of amusement parks easily.
