Hi Team,I would like to bring this to your notice that I have given a single star it's not because hotel, it's because of Hotel Nagina receptionist. I was injured and we have to board a train in vascodagama railway station in night on same day we planned to stay there only for few hours, hence my boy friend opted for this hotel. We went to the hotel enquired about room he stated we need to pay first, we stated can we pay after checkout then his answer was surprising he stated to pay and forced us to pay and when discussed the same with him he striked out our name and very rudely told us to leave the premises. But still we requested we will pay as am injured and can't stand much he insisted and very very rudely forced us to leave the premises and stated we can call anyone but he will not give us the room. I would like to take this opportunity to thanks Goibibo with the great service for implementing customer friendly application which helped us to book the room or else we may not got a choice to book that hotel and the receptionist could have made us to walkout. With regards to room, room was ok it's a budget hotel and very near to station only interior has to corrected. I would like to have a call with hotel management so that other customers will not face the same issue.Regards,Sanyogita Suman

Gyser is not working, no proper door locks for toilet, no tv, not even given water bottle. everytime we need to go down n intitate them these are missing, kindly make is ASAP.. Location wise near by the vascodagama railway station.. easy access to ATM, hotels, etc.. only the thing is need to maintain the property.. Atleast kindly give the basis needs water bottle, thick blanket. blanket which was provided was so thin.

The hotel is worth the price and a good deal. Would not recommend to people travelling with family or in couple due to the surroundings and near by environment. Staff is friendly and quite helpful.

It's an affordable and decent enough place to stay. AC and geyser work fine and room is spacious. Although the building is old, room offers a good stay as it is close to the railway station.

it's ok with low budget. tv is not working, staff is good, no AC, location is good near to Vasco da Gama railway station and market is nearby no need to go far away for food or laundry.

It was a horrible and pathetic experience.the rooms are very dirty and like a haunted place.it is better to stay on roads rather than stay in this hotel.not recommended for anyone.

Cheap and average hotel. No tv facility during covid lockdown time. Thats not good. Location wise its in the main city. No problem for food from outside restaurants.
