average, check-in time was 12pm, I phoned them and confirmed the booking and my arrival time. when I reached the hotel at 1.45, they asked to wait and said they are cleaning the room, without checking the booking date, the receptionist said that the booking was made now. that's not true, when I showed booking time, he said Wait. they took 30 mins to provide the room. room doesn't have any toiletries. intercom was not working. very average room. worst booking maintenance.overpriced.

PoorRoom was very poor, bed spread was not clean, AC cooling not enough, no room service, painting was very old, tv set top box was not working, no complementary items like water bottle, brush , tooth paste, soap and shampoo . It's like a lodge very pathetic staying at this place.

very worst room. washrooms were unclean. water supply is not available for toilets. Unclean room. Not even worth for a single star.

i booked for single AC room but they gave me a non working AC room and asked for extra money.
