I called the hotel to take the price quote for a room for single personwhen i reached the hotel they asked me to pay extra and upgrade the room stating the AC was not working, when i talked to management for their lack of service and not paying extra as they are responsible for the service to be provided as booked they insisted that the room which had bad AC condition turned out to be in perfect condition and i can stay there 😂 Have i been paid extra i assume they would have me the same room all they wanted was to make sure they charge 4k with some cunningness. The staff is too slow they took me to the room but it turns our they forgot to get me keys and kept me waiting there. Service is too slow The check in time also took me for about 20 mins as they couldn’t find my booking lol. Also the room was not at all worth it as for me it seemed to be a little off and thus worth 1500. But as i reached late evening in the hotel i didn’t have much option so i decided to compromise with my stay.

Hotel Nakshatra is situated in a very well connected place beside beltola road, had neat and clean specious rooms with all modern amenities The bathroom of the room(corporate room no 608)is a little small but it's ok. A good aerial view of the Guwahati city can be seen from the room. But the only problem is the lights are not enough for reading or writing. I can't comment on their foods as I came to attend a marriage ceremony near Rani bagan banquet and I didn't take any food from this hotel. Moreover they provide two bottles of drinking water, enough tea bags and coffee spouses with sugar and milk and a couple of soups, moisturizers, dental kits etc day to day basis. Overall I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and will recommend it to my friends and relatives.

The rooms were spacious and clean, services were good and the breakfast was wholesome. we had a pleasant stay with family. Thank you for your hospitality Rooms were big and were allotted next to each other so we were comfortable

This hotel nakshatra is a good hotel.Anyone can stay easily.They serve good breakfast. Hotel is very clean and service also good.The hotel is close to travel any where.Getting local transport is easy from the hotel

it was an average experience. The pics of the hotel which they have shown, actually it is not like that. Room service is also average. A complimentary breakfast is good but there are very few options.

Pathetic hotel. Multiple cockroaches. Broken knobs. Dirty washroom. I didn't find a single thing good about this hotel. One of my worst hotel experiences.
