place is good. though i had booked from 12 pm, i checked in 9 hours later only @9pm. but still while checking out, i left by 2 pm, for which they didnt even give any consideration but charged 500 extra as half day amount. Being strict is okay. but like this is too much.. for 2 hours that too.. no proper hot water facility.. but service was not bad.. can go if u DONT expect hi-fi service..

walkable distance from karolbagh metro station. just 4 mts walk. rooms satisfactory service is good. just side of it you have OM Saravana bhavan with excellant food . really tasty choices with reasonable prices. center of market area and very safe for new commuters. lot of choices for families to shop , dine, etc etc near hotel. i enjoy staying here.

while I booked the hotel on that time I clearly mentioned my children age but during the check out time they charged me 2400 extra for children. they said children who are more then 06 year of age are the extra chargeable...it was horrible stay experience with the hotel staff.....

It is an average hotel placed on busy karolbag streets. Everything is average, from interior to hygiene... Above average is food and staff courtesy. Pros - near to metro station and street market Cons - uber don't come inside as it is situated on very congested street.
