The surrounding was unhygienic It was too cold inside the houseboat they provide heater but it won't be sufficient for the cold climate in November. they don't allow shoes inside boat,they provide only one slipper and the carpet was so dirty. The staffs behaviour was rude we didn't have plan for shikara ride at the beginning,but the houseboat staff compelled us for the ride. also before checking out they tried their maximum to give review, we managed to escape from them without giving rating.so their response was extremely bad. the bathroom was so small and the water smells bad. The one night spend at the houseboat was horrible. we wake up and packed everything and moved to the next hotel before the check-in time at that hotel.but luckily we got an extremely good hotel at a cheaper rate and they allowed us before the check-in time unhygienic small bathroom water smells bad carpet was dirty bedsheet and blanket was used

the house boat was really good behavior of staff was polite and good and the shikara ride was also good and interior of the house boat rooms are also good the view and location was also good and highly recommended to all the travelers to come and visit this place

the owner of the boat is reaaly nice and caring. boat is clean. hot water ✅ , clean blankets ✅. location is also good. it was one of the beat stays in kashmir. highly recommend it 👍🏻
