I am arrived 2 am reception person thay say we have no room right how. You are check in 11 am in morning . I am waiting morning 7 am morning then I requested 100 times give me room. I am request all my friends please do not book hotel new delhi international and goinigo . I give you 1 star but you are not like 1 star service.

lift was not working....i was given room upstairs on 3rd floor.....bad hygiene.....bed sheets n pillow cover were unwashed... small insects were there including cockroach.... bathroom toiletries not present.... restorant facilities not available....

the Hotel is in the BYLANES of the Green Park extension very much difficult to reach reaching the Hotel at 10 pm there is no arrangement for Dinner and in morning Breakfast provide is below average and Rooms are Average

Horrible experience. The room was stinking, no phone, room and washroom was not clean at all. Left hotel within one hour. No facilities which should be available in deluxe room. Total waste of money.

pathetic experience will not recommend.they don't have even basic amenities, kitchen not available, rooms and bathroom are not clean, do not have intercom facility, room was not having set top box.
