1.Near about Goldentemple walking distance (approx 0.6km), and also take a auto/electric rickshaw (10 rs each person) 2.Hotel serve a welcome drink at the time of check in(non-alcoholic) 3.Complete a family stay Hotel safe and secure. 4.If Guest take a print out like air&railway ticket or boarding pass go to hotel reception and email to hotel email id and ask hotel executive take a printout, its is complementary.(helping executive at front desk) 5.Food is good but as per my personal opinion bit expensive and take a much time to serve at room(after place order) 6.Easy check in. 7.Hotel Staff Good & Helpful 8.I m really happy to stay in SS Residency.stay again over next trip.

Best hotel to stay ,rooms and bathrooms are very clean.They have all the facilities available there including wifi,cc camera.Room service was also good.Receptionist was very helpful.They have allowed us to keep the luggage after our check-out and they have also allowed us for early check-in as well.Best hotel to live with your family .Hotel is near to golden temple,railway station and bus stand .If you are visiting Amritsar I will suggest this hotel to stay .

The staff is really good..front office guy is very nice.. we reached before checkin time still staff welcomed us and arranged for our rooms..the location is well located near Golden temple...auto rikshaw and taxis are easily available outise the hotel... I would like to share my experience about Hotel New SS Residency in which we stayed on last month with my family. We were welcomed with a soft drink . Hotel Staff as courteous specially at front desk. Rooms were nice and cosy.Also, it was near from Durgiana temple and harimandir sahib. We"ll surely come back.

I stayed overnight at new ss residency hotel and greeted by Mr.Paras,he helped me in all possible ways.The room is very spacious with comfortable bed.The quality of food and the service was outstanding.No hesitation in recommending this hotel for overnight or longer stays.Great value for money....

i was there with my family, booked an Interconnected room. Room interior was so beautiful and cleanliness was up to the mark. Also this hotel is near to cloth market & some fomous food courts. Staff were courteous too. overall, i was satisfied
