The place is neat and clean. The swimming pool is a plus, but there are no balls, etc. to play in the pool. Also, the place is good or family stay and not good for bachelors. Even some noise is intolerable for some guests. we were aske to leave the swimming pool because some guests complained for noise.

pros : * It's just 10 mins Walk to cliff * There is a well maintained pool. cons: less parking space. on crowded days other guests vehicles park behind your car and you can't take out your car. They don't keep keys in such cases and security was not helpful as well.

Front end staffs were friendly. Rooms looking little old. They started cleaning the Swimming pool on our entry, and completed on our exit only, so couldn't use it. Restaurant can be accompanied, will be better more. Walkable to cliff via claffoti residence.

it's a very nice hotel.. spacious.. clean.. close to the beach..they have a nice pool too.. the food was decent..ample parking space if you have a vehicle..the way to the hotel is a little confusing.. rest is good..

we stayed 2 night in A/C deluxe pool view room, clean and comfortable. A very clean swimming pool and good sun-beds. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Average rooms good food, hotel was upside of clif but we cannot watch beach from hotel room. Beach is walkable distance from room.
