Main advantage is beach view when you open d curtain you can enjoy beach from your bed....very small room and floors are dirty and you can't expect privacy in your room. Food was not so good and only main advantage is people over there are very friendly Husband n Wife both help you with directions like where to go which place will be good to eat n all....No TV and the fan is not enough for that room and heater was there but unfortunately it wasn't working....all you can expect is good scenic view from room n easy access to beach just few steps ahead nothing more

Don't go if you are a couple. Troublesome local auto drivers. As well as local hoteliers will photograph you and your partner on the beach. If you retaliate, they will ask you to vacate, and will ask for marriage certificate, if you further want to stay. I would not recommend this homestay. Only good part is that it is located on a shore, that too didn't give privacy from *****and *******.

if you are in the mode of having traditional beach house situated jus infront of beach.. this is a good option.. breakfast is available which is very light and homely... toilet is superb.. only one concern is that there is no lunch and dinner facility.. for a family having children's ... I won't recommend but for friend and newly married couple... a good option..

Value for money, the stay is one of its kind, curl up ur window and sea is a few feet away. Rooms are clean, service man Mr Rajeev is extremely good and helpful. Foods are available nearby. Nice breeze all the time. Rooms are arranged in a antique hut style. Calm area. Better for couples. Only two rooms , so no mess up. Bathrooms are clean.

I would only say the hotel is okay...not that good or bad in terms of services or rooms...location of the is easy to locate but was exactly far from the city Cochin...in complementary they offered me with breakfast and it was good...it would be preferred for those who are coming for an overnight stay !

the hotel room was completely dirty and not worth living in. The caretaker is abusive and the room is not at all well maintained. there is just one table fan in both the rooms and the bedsheets are completely dirty.

Stay with this hotel was really nice. its a well maintained hotel having all the amenities up to the mark. Good location and service. People were also very cooperative. Well suited hotel to have a stay all in all.

The breakfast was sublime, location perfect and support and help from the family second to none. Any lone female traveller could not feel safer here.

Too many insects and mosquitoes. Even on bed. Dirty linens and towels. Location is good - right infront of the beach. Avoid the hotel.
