Not sure why its rated low by other users. I almost was in 2 minds whether to book this place. Its located away from the city and offers awesome night views from the balcony rooms. Very well designed and clean rooms. Located far away from the city and noise. Has a restaurant with limited items on the menu, but all Kolhapuri items so offers whats needed. Has limited rooms so need to book in advance on busy days and pre-customers often tend to come back to visit again. Google provides accurate directions to the place and one does not need to ask. The staff are courteous and welcoming. Has limited rooms and staff manning the place. Very good to relax and close by to Panhala. The breakfast is limited to 2 items but can have as much as you need. The place is under expansion and would keep getting better. Mobile signals are limited (which may not be a bad thing) and you can get better signals in the balcony.Would definitely recommend this place if you are using Kolhapur as a stopover and are not specifically looking at a stay in the city.

Located 6km off NH 48. Overlooing Valley with Kolhapur in the distance. What they claim cottages are actually not cottages but rooms in a common structure Ground+1. Rooms on 1st level have better view. Rooms are of good size. The room is equipped with mini fridge and tea/coffee making stuff. There is a balcony sit out which offers good view of the valley. The other option is Villa room which has bath tub in addition to the standard amenities. There is one so called stone house which can accommodate 6. The food is strictly Maharashtrian and no other option. Menu has limited options. The food is simple but good. No bar. The network coverage is poor in this area. Moreover hotel wifi is not available in the rooms and is erratic, so business travellers beware.

Room was really nice, clean spacious. The view of the hills & valley was a real treat. However, the overall package was not really a value for money, food was good but lacked variety & avg. price seems to be quiet high. Maintenance of the rooms need more improvement & the overall landscape of the campus was way below my expectation. Apart from having a nice view of the hills & comfort of the room, there was nothing more in offer.

The only good thing about this resort are the villa rooms which are really beautiful and huge with a private balcony . Other than that the resort is very basic hardly has any amenities for one to indulge in . Also the food is decent but nothing great . The staff , though well meaning needs to be trained better . Not recommended for more than 1 night .

we had a completely unique experience staying in the truck room and the spa room... the rooms are extremely spacious, clean and very unique. the staff is very courteous and helpful and food is delicious! evening activities like live flute and laziem dance, bonfire in the room, cycling, chess, rustic feel to the entire place.

I had the worst experience! The staff did not know anything about the services. We were not provided any amenities! If asked we were asked to pay for everything, even for the complimentary water bottles! Very limited menu and half of the items they didnt have. Would never recommend this property to anyone! Waste of money

It's a resort with three star facilities. Food was mouthwatering. Rooms were very clean and tidy. View from the balcony was excellent. It's little far from the main city , if you are planning to visit Mahalaxmi temple you have to drive atleast 15 to 20kms. Had a nice time.

Very good stay for us. Nice rooms, very well decorated clean environment and fantastic view from the rooms as well as resort. Food quality was excellent and service too was good. Would surely recommend for nature lovers. Thank you Nisarg resort staff and management.

Amazing resort view super ossum view oh Kolhapur.!!. Staff and arrangement were all good and even minute details are in room are being taken care of by the owner. Location is very near to highway for people travelling in mumbai bangalore highway.

It was a very peaceful and beautiful stay with Nisarg Resort.. we celebrated our 5th anniversary here and it was a very good decision to spend quality time here on our special occasion.. We will surely visit again with our family❤️

Nice place to rejuvenate amidst nature. Stayed at the jai jui villa,one of the best rooms they have. Food service and quality was amazing. The host at the resort gave a complete tour of the property. Definitely worth a visit
