We cannot do anything if there is power cut....any issues with the room..we always resolve.

The rooms are very big. I doubt even such a big room is available in 5 star hotels. Apart from that car parking, lift, AC, very specious Western toilet cum bath room with 24hrs hot water facilities are available. Since this is only lodging, they don't provide food but Morning tea is being provided. The staff is very courteous. The overall quality of service is excellent. We enjoyed the stay even though it's for one night. The owner of the property Sri Manoj Raiker in advance contacted me and seen that all arrangements have been done for the comfortable occupation. The price is very reasonable in terms of comfort and we cannot expect such price elsewhere.

excellent hospitality,,,Location superb having good parking safe.Polite staff,clean rooms sanitized properly.Love to stay here.Breakfast also is tasty.....Raju was very helpful in room service....Owner is exceptionally very cooperative and they have given very much good services to our best expectations.

As some hotels advertise ' home away from home' , I really felt at home . Apart from good location and airy , clean and spacious rooms , the guest is made to feel welcome . This rarely happens anywhere. The owners personally ensure that the guest is comfortable . Nice place . Pardon ? I'm not a woman !

we took room for one day with three occupants. rooms are clean and comfortable beds were provided. nice staffs and property was maintained clean. have decent amount of car parking with gated community. highly recommend to visit with your family and friends.

It was a pleasant stay; the deluxe non-air-conditioned room I reserved was clean, the only drawback was that maintenance was ongoing while we were there; it was close to the Mudgaon stand and within walking distance; all in all, it was a good experience.

Me and my family had a very nice experience while staying at Nityananda Residency. The owner Mr Mayank is an extremely jolly and friendly person. The service is superb. I would prefer staying here in future also, in case I need to go to Margaon, Goa.

Good Spacious rooms...all facilities available and room service is also prompt. Owner was helpful in all ways. Location, it is near to market, near to petrol pump, it has got medicine stores, grocery stores and restaurants nearby..

Really great Value for Money. Good location, 10 min walk from Bus station, 30 min walk from train station. The residency is very calm, the room was big, clean and very confortable. I highly recommend this place !

I had booked for Family attic room with AC, rooms were very clean and had a good space . They also have a small seating arrangement near the entrance and a small fountain. It was worth the money paid.
