I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. The pictures shown are completely misleading. The rooms are much smaller than they appear, and the condition of the bathroom was unacceptable – the upper ceiling was broken, and it was far from clean, with stain marks on the taps and mirrors.The hotel only looks good in photos, but the reality is entirely different. The staff was poorly trained and not helpful, which added to the unpleasant experience. The breakfast was also below average, with very limited options that didn’t justify the price.At this price point, there are far better options available.This hotel is definitely not worth it.

Everything is too good about this hotel and stay.Location is near to all landmarks, no outside noise disturbance in the room, property is new and well maintained, reception area is decent, staff behaviour is very polite and helpful Room interior is just awesome, loved the vibe of the room, clean room, overall awesome stay at this hotel. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to stay in pure class hotel in budget amount! Just go for it!

Check in was delayed for Photo Id reasons, but this hotel is top notch. Everything thing was pleasing. Room was clean, Mirror in room was amazing. Only thing is Water pressure to fill the jacuzzi was slow, it took over 40 mins to fill. Jacuzzi also had dirt in the pipes, so i had to fill and run it twice to clean it. Location is good, very close to McDonald's. The room was the best. The mirror took all the credit.

best..stay...ever... incredible property, with wonderful staff members,with fantastic behaviour... room is perfect cleanliness is perfect food taste is perfect staff is perfect with good behaviour & fast service very cooperative... wow.. service. thank hotel bliss for wonderful hospitality visit again definitely soon thank you

We stay for 5 days facing electric (light) problem like 3-4 hours daily, hotel didn’t have any generator facilities and one night after light gone management switch us in near there other branch hotel room that’s look horrible. Overall bad experience. We faced same electricity problem in our previous stay.

Worst hotel in rajkot . Receptionist doesn't have manners to talk to guest vulgar nature he holds rooms are not clean. Hotel lies to guest for 24 hours room service but they dont provide service in the night

Amazing stay. Newer property with clean linen, clean and sanitized bathrooms, amazing food. The best part is great staff and vicinity to the main locations of the city. Strongly recommended.

very bed service i book premium but hotel did not allow special room very bed service and also i book at 3350 and normal room price is 1500.

Tv was not working, Hot water was not available in the winter season. The washroom was too small it dosent look like a photos...
