@Novotel outer ring road: Not worth the cost and never experienced in other places novotel. @Novotel Outer Ring Road Blr: surprised to see left over bacardi bottles in the lift.@Novotel outer ring road blr : Had called dinning asking for what cut fruits availability on 27th Nov after check in and till now that is after checkout the concern department still didn't bother to revert to the customer the cut fruit's status which shows the service.@Novotel Outer ring road Blr : on 28th Nov"21 : we got up late and missed the breakfast and requested for what options or any room service and the reply was no breakfast and nothing in plate to offer which is never expected from hotel industry. Even when checked in the toiletries were not in place. I strongly don't recommend anyone to check in to this property nor will Recommend. Parking management was a mess and in the night someone had even tried to open the vehicle too since i get alarm in the mobile. Never experienced such a bad experience in life.Never worth the money i burnt to relax.All the above said is the dislike

Not too bad.. Not very good... The things could have been better. For instance, the breakfast buffet. Since it is complimentary, i felt like it could have been much better, given the name and fame of Novotel. Since i was staying alone, the attendees in the restaurant were less concerned about single occupants i think and taking extra care for families and foreigners. I had to repeat many times to get a food item served at my table. Had dinner only once in the hotel but that was Ok types. Could get better food outside in other restaurants i guess. Regarding the rooms, the floor supervisor/ attendant had to be called numerous times to get something fixed, like the overhead shower was not working in the bathroom. The curtains couldn't be closed completely as they has some extra clips in between. The person who came to correct that, stood directly on the sofa kept in the room instead of any ladder. Small things but doesn't look good even though you are travelling alone.

1) staff asks guests to wait for a longer time for checkout2) Breakfast served is not good chutneys and most of the items are poor quality overall food is waste3)Staff should be proactive in replacement of utensils or emptied food need to wait until they complete at a slow pace by the time we would miss our doctor appointment.

Good Location. Nicely made property. Highly understaffed, maybe due to covid. Average response time for room service is 30-35 mins. most of the time no one takes the call on guest assistance. Average breakfast, wrong selection of items. Overall a good property but manpower is a big issue currently.

Clean Rooms, except the fact that Iron Box was half burnt at base, using that on clothes leaves black marks on clothes. Food was good. Location is good for IT Parks, but prime location makes it prone to heavy traffic Airport Pickup and drop services helped.

Well maintained property. Very helpful and well behaved staff. I had very pleasant interaction with the staff. I visited the place with my wife and 1 year old child. They provided milk and khichdi etc edibles and didn't charge for it.

the staff asked an extra 1000 for the third person inspite of me paying the full amount at time of booking which included the third person charges. I had to pay again at time of check-in which later was paid back to me

Hotel was good at location. It was well maintained and very clean. Foods were very good and hygienic. Staff of the hotel were very good and helpful. Room service were also very good. As with my child we enjoyed a lot.

we spent two nights here in Novotel and everything was excellent . The location was close to our destination as well as major centers in the city. As for the rooms, a bit small in size but everything was amazing.

Overall stay was very good and hospitality is nice. Especially in house restaurant team are awesome, they asked for feedback and next day they implemented it, it is really nice gesture. Kids loved deserts.

Good during covid pandemic also, nice food and great service. My room is sanitized and cleaned on daily basis using proper hand gloves and mask.
