The stay was very excellent and comfortable. The staff of the hotel was very friendly. Pool was amazing. The property was very big with greenery all around and was at a walking distance from Candolim beach. It also had a lovely play area, inside as well as outside, for children. Food was very delicious with lots of variety. We had gone to Goa to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We were given surprise by our kids which was organised very well by one of the staff members (Mandavi). Very sweet and friendly and did it very efficiently. Many many thanks Mandavi for making our day special on behalf of our kids. We will definitely be back again.

Strongly recommend!! Best part of this hotel is so so many !! To list a few 1) prime location with walking distance for beach .. hardly it would take 7-8 mins to reach to beach and prime market of calangute offering wide range of shopping options , shacks and restaurant 2) POOL - the pool is something which they have actually worked upon .. 3) food was excellent with a huge lavish breakdown spread 4) activities : the hotel had a huge activity options available for both adults and kids - had kids play section , basketball court , indoor games , pool table , gym with basic equipment and in house spa Must consider this !! Totally worth the money 👍🏻

Amazing experience property is well located. Staff is quite helpful. Fun for kids. Not a very big property but decent enough for having a good time with family. I was travelling with 3 year old they made sure he was taken well care of. Had an amazing time and a great stay Only thing they can work on is valet bcz they park the car really far so once u give ur card to valet it take around 20 to 25 mins for them to get the car. As we were travelling during diwali time the property was sold out. So we have to wait for a long time for them to get the car.

Luxury experience from the time of check in. It's a very nice Resort near to Candolim beach and market. They have big and nice swimming pool. A good spa. They have small but nice gym attached to clean washrooms, steam room. Breakfast spread was big and tasty along with live kitchen. Overall a 5 star experience. Staff was polite and courteous. There was one small issue we faced when luggage was taken out from rooms it was making noise on floor, so if you want to sleep in daytime that may be a bit of issue.

I like early check in concept even then little extra cost .Tourists can choose early morning flights to goa .Normally novotel check in timings are 3pm .if ur flight early morning 5am ,u can call and ask for availability early check in before going to book flight. Novotel Supeeeerrrrrr

we had booked the elegance suite which is a penthouse. the stay was luxurious. we loved the pool and the buffet spread for breakfast. it is at 5 minute drive from the candolim beach and there are many restaurant options nearby.
