negative points - 1) room : a) walls were all swelled upb) walls had paints and plaster coming offc) walls were getting wet due to raind) i shared the room with a tiny little cockroach and mosquitoes2) washroom : a) washroom had dim light.. b) taps were broken with the hard plaster of paris on them. looked yuk when u touched themc) washroom had a ladies panty on the hook before i came in. was yukk.. d) only handsoap was given.i was asked to buy bathing soap from outsidee) water smelled like drains as if supply was coming from drain3) other - a) their wifi just connected to their lobby and not in the room.. i was in room 110b) you need to buy your own water word from staff - "sir room me kaam chal ra hai"positive points - a) the location is close to banke bihari lane.. you can keep your footwear in your room and walk to banke bihari temple b) close to market and brijwasic) well welcomed by the host at 4 am in morningradhey radhey jai shree krishna..

Very bad system and no room service. If you go in winter, you will have to bring your own blanket and sleeping arrangements. The room is not cleaned regularly. Above all, if you say something at the reception, it is not done. There is a chat at night, which causes inconvenience to the guests and the authorities do not take any action. However, if you have any money left, you are repeatedly asked to go to the room before leaving the hotel to pay the money.

Room has Dampness's and its not good for health Best was the location which is very close to Temple , They need to work on Lenin that they use bed sheet were torn and dirty staf doesn't respond properly There are much more places and better place in same price Bed sheets dirty No response of the staff if u say or ask them anything and even if u ask then to change the beed sheet they will say room is clean and thats the reason its given to you .

good to stay... The location is perfect if one wishes to visit bankey bihari ji basically vrindavan as a whole. room size is okay good for two and for short visit... one has to bear with the wifi and washroom issues, the room i was in was having washroom issues and wifi issues both... good to go for this... staffs r humble specially which attended me...

Pathetic experience, full night some constuction work was there, we were unable to sleep due to hammer machine noise. After complaining with the hotel staff at 12 pm they said we can refund you and leave the room with a pathetic attitude. Zero service, zero customer satisfaction.

Very small room. Geyser not working condition. Room not clean. No water in flush tank. After complaining for all these thing no response from hotel management and also did not change room. It better to go and see and book rather than see photos as it totally different.

Very nice experience Hotel staff are very polite and helpful. Room is neat and clean, Bathroom is also clean. Location wise near to banky bihari temple. And all facilities like food, market, auto, rickshaw also just front of hotel. Thanks

This time they have improved a lot. The room is now much cleaner. The linen was provided before I walked into the room. Tv was working fine, Remotes were placed in the room. All over a good experience

Very unhygienic conditions, electric current in water tap due to fault in the geyser. Paint on the Walls of rooms scrapped at many places. Don't recommend any one to stay in this hotel.

Worst hotel I ever stayed ! Rooms are not even cleaned and behaviour of staff is very poor I recommend you to not take this seriously there photos and in real is very unacceptable !
