only thing good was it has 2 double bed room with AC gyresr tv facility.now come to pointac was leaking in night and water collect on floor which we soak by paydaan.we come to know our adjacent room made same complaint and they cut ac line so we did not complaint it.menu was good rate was good but the provide it from far restaurentit took 1 hour 10 minute in lunch allo Parantha and dahiwhen we return in noon ac was not working they said voltage is fluctuatingso the automatic water machine was also not working and we sufferd to make baby food ( powder milk) because there was no kitchenand 1 hour 30 minute in 3 delux thali and dahi (we took dahi cheeni in night) and they send it in disposable plate vo bhi thramacoal se sasti kagaj wali plate momos Wale packet mei chavalplastic ki thaili mein salad with no achaar and they deliy itafter 1.5 hour delivery they said sorry sir dahi nahi mil paaya (kamal hai na mathura mein dahi nhi)tv on hua but acount de activate thabola chal jayega par kuch hua nhiwe asket for extra blanket to wo bole 2 double bed hai ek double bed pe ek hi milta haihumne kaha ki extra charge aap le lothey said aree nahi jarurat padega aap log aa jaoge aaram se (meri math weak thi usne muje batya ki 2 log ek bed pe so sakte hai aur 3 ek bed pe) maine bola bhai bed nahi blanket chaiyevo bola ok bhijwate hai par koi aaya nhinight bulb koi tha nhi room mei

It was the pathetic experience to stay. First of all when you enter this place you are welcomed by the sewage which smells soo bad that i cant describe in words. Then comes the only good part about this place is manager of this hotel who is good in communication and talk very nicely and then when you enter the room it is just bad.. the mattres are so hard that they feel like you are sleeping on rocks and then comes the worst part that is washroom i am not able to express my views in words i've attached the photos even after cleaning the washroom and all night they didn't have AC water was leaking from the tap.

"extremely disappointing stay" the washrooms were in terrible condition: smelly, unclean, and the taps were visibly dirty. the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. the blankets were smelly and clearly not properly maintained. overall, the lack of hygiene and care made the stay unbearable. if it was not paid already, i would have left immediately. this was one of the worst hotel experiences i've had, and i wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I had a pleasant experience. The hospitality provided by the hotel staff and even the owner was quite admirable. They were quite polite and helpful. Rooms were clean and cozy. Washrooms were clean. Room service was also available throughout the day. Location wise this hotel was nearly 1-1.5km from Prem Mandir and ISKCON temple, e rickshaws are available for that as well. Overall, a great experience. Definitely recommended.

Hotel is around 2-3 kms from Prem Mandir and ISCKON. sufficient parking space is available. Concerned persons are polite and helpful. Need to improve on fooding part. no proper in house kitchen is available. they arrange food from some distantly located restaurant. taste was not up to mark. Bathroom was smelling.

Good hotel room, nice service by staff. morning tea n coffee they provide in Milton kettle so, it remains hot. Very tasty tea n coffee. Wifi available in room but no room heater. Hot water in bathroom. Overall, room is clean n nice. Staff is very cooperative. Comfortable stay..

It is not a hotel, it is a Dharamshala, where the AC and TV does not work, there is not room service , left service and food service. it was a total complete waste of money from this booking. original name is nathuram villa. not n v palace.

very very bad experience there is short circuit in AC cable when we feel smoke.ans ask.the.person on call they put the recicver in hold and not comes after some time shock circuite in AC plug... I will not going again in my whole life...

It was bad experience. Despite booking a three bedded room for 4 people, I had to pay extra money for two people. They said that booking was for two people and they charged us for another two people which isn't fair.

it's nice stay and room was neat and clean, smart TV available in room and staff is so cooperative and nice behavior.... it's very good for family my all kids are so happy it's very calm and nice location..

hotel is around 1.5 km from prem mandir. you will get a car parking here but don’t expect much on services. it’s good day or 2 when you main goal is only sleep at night and visit temples during the day time.

Toilet leaking, bathroom door not latch not working, mosquitos in the room, foul seepage smell all over, dirty walls and rooms, you don't even get intracomm to talk to reception, room service pathetic.

It was good hotel to stay with family. Places are near from hotel to visit. HOTEL manager also arranged the auto to visit other places and for station .Food was ok
