Horrible Toilet: 1. Fridge was not working. 2. There was no shower in the bathroom (See Pics). You have to take bath by bucket and mug only. 3. The electric plug in the toilet was broken and out of position. If was extremely dangerous to take bath because the water may go inside during bathing and you may get severe shock (See Pics). Somehow with extreme care, I took bath. 4. The jet spray of latrin was not working. No water was coming out. So, you will have to use the mug for this!!! 5. Its pretty costly that the services it provides. The only good point about the place is decent size room and location.

I was given a room in Oyo Raj Pavilion, but I have booked my room here in Kalkaji Residency. They all have tie ups with worst and dirty hotels nearby and providing rooms in them despite they have vacant rooms. The hotel people talk very rudely and dont even respond to our questions. They fully talk bad and filthy words. Dont ever book a room here in this hotel and and the hotel is not even worth a penny. They try to your steal things in front of you. So be careful guys

worst hotel I've ever experience.cheap lodges are far better than that. :asked for ₹500 more :make me wait for half an hour to check-in :least cooperative behaviour :room and toilet were literally compact(images) :and beleive me you can't sleep on those cheapest quality mattress(images) and that too double bed was combined with 2 single beds and they were payhetic(images) :blanket pilllows cushion were stinking and dirty.

Don't select that hotel Kalkaji Residency. They are very greedy people and asking double triple amount while checkin, even refused pre booking. plz don't book this hotel. we have to wait outside with our family while denied check in and ultimately we have to search some other hotel in night. even paid full fare, they asked double money.

Not very good experience .. room was spacious but washrooms are very unhygienic . They don’t provide food only tea and coffee is available but the taste of tea was not good at all. You can order food from outside of the hotel.. market is near by, good locality.

Very bad experience. with the booking as I booked for 1 room 3 adult and when we reached the hotel, they showed us that they have received for 1 room 1 adult and for last 45 mins we are sitting at hotel. very disappointed. nobody is listening

Worst experience...Firstly hotel staff refused to accept my booking, and then they suddenly changed the hotel and send me to another hotel. I will never recommend this hotel for anyone. Very unprofessional behaviour.
