I recently stayed at OYO Manyata in Bangalore on 16/08/2024 and had a disappointing experience. Despite arriving at 11:10 PM after a long journey from Kottayam, Kerala, we were informed upon arrival that an extra amount was required for our stay. This caused a significant delay of about an hour as we tried to resolve the issue with the booking team, who were unresponsive and unhelpful. Eventually, we had to pay the additional amount to check in. Additionally, we requested a GST bill, but it was never provided. Overall, the service was poor and the lack of proper communication made our stay stressful. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

I had the worst experience with this hotel. Firstly when I checked into the hotel the front office boy treated me very rudely because I paid Later when I completed my check-in, the room and the bathroom were unclean, just because I booked There was no towel and I had to call them and ask and I got a very dirty towel. Then there were no water bottles in the room and I had to call them thrice to get the same. No plates were provided. No door step delivery is allowed by the hotel and we need to go and collect the same. Unprofessional staff and no service.

Worst hotel, to begin with. Along with hotel staff we will also be welcomed by Bed bugs and mosquitoes. Plan B to look for a Mosquito repellent, poor chaps doesn't have one and will frankly deny (we can't help!). Bedsheets, pillow covers and the mattress - have a story of their own ( you will cherish all the memories past visitors have left, full of stains and marks).. As mentioned by other visitors , they charge extra money at hotel. Final verdict - Better to arrange a place and sleep in Majestic bus stand than opt this hotel.

Often power cuts and everytime power is up by generator had to remove the smartcard from the socket wait for 30 seconds and insert to get the power. while checking in i have been asked the extra money, finally misplaced my room keys and paid 500

very rude staff. Asking extra money from everyone. rooms are not clean or tidy. worst location. nothing is available nearby. No restaurants or shops. worst hotel. not like the pics shown. booked for Air Conditioned room but they allotted non ac room.
