Worst experience of hotel ever.. First of all very dirty bed sheets and towels. then in the name of complimentary breakfast they give just one parantha and tea nothing else and moreover they start making breakfast at 8:30 am, so person want to go out for work or anywhere cannot have breakfast there because they dont even have milk till that time.. then rooms are way too noisy, lift is just outside the rooms and it is like a loudspeaker of tunes that sound surround every room whole day and night..

few hotels r there who keep there guys out side who stop you n ask u which hotel u want to go... then they will guide u to any hotel close to u ND tell u this is your hotel ND they will charge u.. u will not get the hotel u booked.. this is called customer cutting in there language. they all r doing this.. very poor surrounding area. lot of them do not have their name on the building therefore they misguide people to profit themselves buy cutting some other hotel's client.

most patatic stay I had ever made. 1. the cover of AC was going down as in pictures 2. bed sheet was torn and dirty. 3. only 2 low grade pillow 4. the fan was fumbling, like it may fall down anytime. 5. see the cleanness of bath room as in pictures. when I called the reception for the listed issues, they have only one answer, this is how it is, everyone stay here only, over all. if you ask me. don't go in this hotel 😡

कंचन रेजीडेंसी में रूकने का काफी बुरा अनुभव रहा है ।सर्विस बेकार, रूम में तकिया, चादर ब्लैंकेट गंदे रहे । बाथरूम में मग नहीं टीवी चालू नहीं, खाना बेकार। मेरी सलाह है कंचन रीजेंसी में कभी ना रुके भले ही टेंट में रह जाए। शिकायत करने पर कंपनी को ही जिम्मेवार ठहराते हैं होटल वाले। सुबह का नाश्ता बोल कर चाय और दो सूखी टोस्ट भेजते हैं। इस होटल में कभी भी कोई न रुके आपके पैसे बेकार जाएंगे।

the fixtures in the bathroom were broken, there was a constant rukus in the hallway during night, sounds of people fighting at 2 in the night. the staff was smoking heavily, and initially they agreed to provide breakfast at 7:30 coz I I had to leave early but then later retracted n I had to leave without breakfast. overall very disappointed

Its a bit interior. Rooms and amenities are not well maintained. And they dont let u take food from outside. Incase of a parcel u have to pay 20% of the bill to hotel. ****? Only good thing is that rooms are spacious.

It is value for money, good hotel for stay in this price. Location is quite good 5 minutes walking distance from dwarka 9 metro station. Breakfast was very good.
