I didn't even sleep the whole night just because the room was full of cockroaches and bed bugs. it's a very unhygienic hotel I've been seeing in my entire life. The hotel staff was drunk at night. They cut our call when we called was trying to talk to them about the solution. Really unprofessional act. Clearly No to this property. Overall it was a worse experience.

to find this hell in the midnight for my sister with her son as there was no Name Board or Location map or Hotel contact Number, Room was not cleaned and not even a table to keep things, staff was so irresponsible and crooked, not a Standard Hotel, Please dont choose this place to stay with your family,

I was denied entry into the hotel as I did not have a RT-PCR test as asked by the hotel receptionist. This was not mentioned when I was booking my room in this hotel. Can I have my refund back?
