Pathetic Service 1. No Lift there In Hotel, You have to go on 3rd Floor Where Front Desk Available 2. No One Help with the Luggage 3. No Hotel Signage Place, Direction, I Asked Nearby People they Guide How to Reach At Hotel 4. Delay In Check In Approx 20-25 Minutes I Can Understand It's Might be Technical Issue where booking unable to route through Integration But Which I feel it's reception person mistake as he is unable to check booking details properly 5. Receptionist behaviour is worst He Don't Know How to Communicate 6. I Asked for Water and they Provide Normal Water Even In Room Also they Place Normal Water Bottle. I Asked HK Person to provide Cold Water. He Said that "Sir Thanda Pani Toh Nahi Hoga RO Ka Paani Mil Jayega" 7. Property is not maintained. need to do lots of work.

hotel staff has no manner, break fast time in this hotel is after 10.00 am. morning tea time in this hotel is 9.30 am. very very bad experience in this hotel.
