The representative staff of the hotel firstly denied to allot room whereas booking is confirmed. They stated all room r booked it is not possible to allot. I am at a loss at night with family . They also stated that what would have been possible you could be done against us. After several request me and my family tactfully manged and get two rooms. Rooms were dirty washroom beyond expectation. I requested to all please never think about staying at this hotel. Thank you.

I have booked a 3bed AC room & we hv been given a 2 bedroom non Ac room. After request Ac was started after 2 hrs for 1st day. Only on second day after discussion with hotel management we got a 3 bed room for 4 hours. We got frustrated & checked out to some other hotel. very dirty toilet & no cold water supply was there in wash room . We were forced to take cold water from wash basin and mix in bucket of hot water to take a bath. It was a horrible experience.

The hotel staff is very supportive and kudos to them. I requested them a early check-in and they provided the same without any hesitation. Also, the location is good but the washroom wasn't that clean as it should be but overall, it was a good stay. You may feel safe if travelling with family. A nice stay.

Horrible staying at Oyo flagship hotel Raj. The room was very dirty. Washroom door has no lock and not clean also. Water is continuously drop from all the taps. Tv is not working. Very pathetic to stay in.
