Had a nightmarish experience bang in the middle of the night. the AC started to make extremely loud noises...we ran out of the room. When we ran down to the reception and asked them to come check it. Of course they were all asleep and by the time we got ppl to switch off the main power source it took a while. They said they had no backup rooms to move us to, they asked us to pull through the night without AC and that they'd check out the issue in the morning. We couldn't open the windows because of mosquitoes and had a tough time putting up with warm blankets and lack of air circulation. The bathrooms were also dirty. Would definitely not recommended this to anyone...there are better options in the same locality for the same price range.

Hotel is located at a good place near Saveetha bustop. But Room service boys are so dumb that they don't even care to clean Liquor bottles in vacated rooms. Shame on the. Manager who controls them. For everything I need to call and fix it. Even if we call, People don't attempt to come and ask. We need to go down and ask. TV was not working as they didn't recharge. Total mess with these irritating guys.

Room was good but lots of disturbance due to renovation work in progress, parking space was very nice, only negative is please don't opt for breakfast here it's very average, they have to improve in that. and room cleaning service needs lots of improvement. except that it was a pleasant stay. 👍

Very unfriendly reception boy ..no care about customer . Lift not working ..hav to climb two floor with luggage...bathroom cleaning not good ..no ho twater in the morning 5 am...to catch up train.. Throughout night some people singing n chatting ..very disturbing ..not for family..

This is the worst hotel in erode. dear friends please don't book this hotel. especially family please don't go there. I think for the past one month they didn't changed the bed covers. management also worst, they didn't take care about this property.

not responsible hotel. they never take care of customer especially booking customers. they need money if customers coming to directly only they will give preference. booking never take care and oyo support also very poor. better avoid this hotel

Dirty everywhere. We checked in late night.. hence unable to change hotel.No hot water. Dirty bedsheets, Dirt pillow, Dirty bathroom.Even after request, they're not ready to change the bedsheets.. inWorst experience ever . unexpected.

worst experience this hotel was renovated so no body inform to me after I reach the hotel only I know this hotel staff s not responsible for customer and I call to Oyo after I change the hotel

Paid money for breakfast, but not provided. Changed room thrice. Horrible and pathetic. No room cleaning and bathroom was in bad condition. Smell was terrible.

Hotel bucket is broken, no mug in bathroom. not provided towel and soap. Ac no cooling. no power back up. noise from fan. overall bad experience.

Hotel Sakthi grand is a descent hotel. checkin experience was good. Reception person can speak hindi. wifi is available.
