I had worst experience with this booking.. there were 2 options while booking room with/without breakfast. so I have selected with breakfast option and booked 2 rooms. But during the stay, we went to have breakfast and after having breakfast the hotel management said, there is no facility at their property with breakfast and they charged me extra 500+ rupees for breakfast. .i recommend all to check with hotel management before checking in.

1. No proper respect for customers. staff is very arrogant 2. Bathroom leakes3. cockroaches around4. AC not working 5. lift won't work till car parking 6. no Complimentary breakfast available as said7. no mineral water available 8. bedsheets not clean

Only issue was cockroach running around otherwise stay is good and room isn’t that big but enough space, bathroom was clean. Soap and shampoo are in wall mounted bottle which is little bit inconvenient

Overall stay was good. Food can be better. Room was spacious and proper ventilation was there. Good space for parking as well

charged extra cost for false reason, and food is avarage, room is clean & safe but room lock was broken and Hard to open it
