Review:The location of the resort is nice and close to the beach that is the plus point. The pool should have been more clean. Breakfast spread was very disappointing, we had booked the room with breakfast, when we went to eat our breakfast hotel people told us that it is pre plated breakfast policy. Which means one person one portion of breakfast and the rest will be chargeable which was very much new to us as per our previous experience in other properties should mention this on their booking so that the traveller knows this before checking in. The stay was good and the property was small and nice 👍The staff was also nice.

I would not recommend to stay in this hotel , rooms are not clean and so much of smell in the room and maintenance is not good we have vacceted the hotel in 1 day it self ...there are only 2 people who is maintaining the entire cottages and the room images what they they are showing are not same...not good to stay in this hotel we will get health issues and 2 hours I asked for check in they have asked me extra 300 for that...money minded management

Hotel Casa obrigado is quite away from beach . Need to walk 6 to 8 minutes.Rooms are good size and clean.Swimming pool is not that good as the depth is all over same , 5 feet which does allow people having less height and can not swim.The restaurant is costly but food is good. Mahesh and Lokesh are good people.Sai on reception is a nice person . BUT THE SERVICE IS LOUSY. I would say a average stay.

breakfast was disappointing, they had pre plate policy which was not accepted. but the overall stay was good. rooms were clean with proper room service. location of the property is good. staff is good. pool should have been more clean. book the property without breakfast.

unlclean no room service the hosts are like goons the cafeteria people treat like the guests are beggars. AC not working properly. no proper locks for door no proper curtains. bathroom window is open and anyone can watch you from outside. pathetic customer service .

The place is awesome, very close to the beach. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. The food is very good and the service too. Safety wise it's the best place to be, walking in late night also was never an issue. The pool is great...

Nice decent stay..reasonable price of restaurant.. Peak location..arambol beach on walking distance of 4 mins.. wine stores near by Sai was helpful in staff.Gave his own personal bike for rent! much appreciated Enjoyed the stay.

Stay was nice and restaurant had nice food. Room Service could have been better. It is near Arambol beach on walking distance.
