[ ] Fridge not working, not sorted out.[ ] Kettle leaking, not sorted out.[ ] Cupboards (all) had broken locks[ ] Breakfast timing starts at 810 am, but but no breakfast available even after more than half an hour. [ ] Denied room service. But seen room service for other accomodants. Double standard noted. [ ] In a tourist destination no house keeping service being provided only from 0930 am till 0600 am. Horrible! [ ] Restaurant closed for dinner on 16th. Got to know this at 850 pm when I reached restaurant with family. There was no notice or any sort of information whatsoever in any form. [ ] Restaurant was closed because of some irrelevant alumini reunion of so called NRIPT. [ ] Only 1 and 1 only positive us that the food is awesome. [ ] I really wish I could give at least zero star, if not minus five stars.[ ] First they gave room in block B which does not have lift on ground floor. After 2 day lift broke down.... Fortunately they gave us another room in block A which had lift till ground floor.

I had a great stay in the budget-friendly High Five Room. Overall, it was a very good experience. There was an issue with the toilet, but when I reported it to reception, they quickly sent a plumber to fix it. All the staff were nice. There's also an ocean-view restaurant with amazing food. I recommend trying the prawns chili and mushroom kadhai—both were really delicious. Overall, a very good experience and a friendly restaurant.

had an excellent stay at this hotel. very spacious rooms, centrally located, very very close to both airport and bits goa campus. the staff is really helpful. i enjoyed my time at this hotel. very much recommended for your stay near airport, or south goa. pros location staff behaviour food swimming pool value for money

very pathetic experience, rooms are not at all maintained. complimentary breakfast is allowed for ₹150 per head only. Staffs are well behaved and cooperative.

Very average room, not clean. Water was coming out from Bathroom drain. Swimming pool was very dirty and non functional.
