The stay at Hotel Om Sai was one the best experience we've had till this day. The staff was very polite, cooperative and friendly. Very close to Golden temple. The staff even helped us book taxi in an emergency situation. Cheers to Ashu bhai & Mridul bhai. Safety. Cleanliness and fast service. Availablity of staff on single call. Local guidance.

The experience was Nice and soothing. The main plus point is the proximity to the Golden temple,and Jallianwala Bagh. Even the partition museum is just a 7 mins walk. Abhinav was a generous host. However the drawback is the hotel is not having any lift. It doesnt have a restaurant of its own due to space shortage.

the overall ambiance of this property is very good & even all their rooms were very comfy as well. Their staff's services were very good as well & I had really good experience staying here without facing any issue regarding anything over here.

The most important matter is that the hotel staffs are good. Always ready to help you. I am not happy with the room size provided to me. I have booked deluxe double bed room but provided one was not the same as on paper.
