It was really pathetic experience. hotel staff does not listen for your requests. our room was not clean and shower was not working so we informed the reception. they took 4 hours but the final answer was "We can't fix it as we do not have the staff". They do not even have a guy who can actually clean the room.no privacy no personal time, just keep their staff coming to the room.

my stay experience - the hotel was ok, room service was also ok. but the entrance of the hotel totally muddy & dirty. even after complaining to the hotel staff & with manager of lime tree nothing was done during my stay of 4 days. they seem to be least bothered about the hotel image in the minds of guests.

worst all the rooms r so bad that it have selen in all the rooms staying here is nothing a person can't even sit in rooms , ac not working service r not good , tv is not working remote are broken washroom r smelling like hell even i have complaint then also they did nothing

Staff was Good , Professional staff i also Ordered Food it came in 30 mins from Lime tree hotel and the food is okayish only . Room wasn't spacious but Clean And nice , also With the Washroom else Its nice

1) No lift available for go up to 4 floors. 2) Mosquitoes in rooms. 3) No good room service (after reminder meaxt day towel provided). 4) No food service. 5) Waste of money.

Pathetic stay, not safe for females as they don't know how to talk to the customers. really disappointed with their stay. even goibibo was helpless with this property.
