Pathetic service, and super bad staff. Spoilt the entire Bihar road trip, with their horrible service, and forcibly kept selling us ...services, upselling random things, and spoilt our entire plan. The server just kept standing on our heads all the time when having dinner, could not even talk amongst ourselves. Asked us how many rotis we will eat (in a group of 6 people), even before he served dinner - how much more ...can it get? Do not stay here ever, complete waste of value for money, and a mood spoiler.

It was a very pleasant stay in a homely atmosphere. Specially the manager cum owner of the hotel Neeraj happened to be very cordial and well behaved. I stayed at Orchid Hotel Annex building. It is a newly constructed hotel (some 1 or 2 years back) and some basic facilities yet to be developed though all the staff there including thelo Manager Sitaram is very good and it will be injustice if I do not mention about the hotel boy Guddu who is very prompt & caring to give service. He is a very loving boy.

Overall a comfortable stay and staffs are also co operative. Hotel is located in a peaceful area near a shining new metta buddha temple.Rooms are spacious with all required things like tea coffee maker,free mineral water etc. Bed was neat & clean and comfortable .Wi-Fi in room also was very strong signal. Free breakfast was average (you can order it in your room ,may be due to lower no.of people) At this rate around*rs. this hotel is one of the best option.

if I can give a rating of zero even that us less for what my family and I suffered. the hotel provided no tv no Wi-Fi as promised here. break fast was like you can have 2paranthas or 4poori.are we begging you for food .my break fast was already booked in booking. my old parents were standing as if they are at hotels mercy for food. I suggest no one should book this hotel if you want to save your self respect.

It was a homely feel and comfortable stay. Hotel is located on main road with lots of parking space. Food is average , room interiors are basic. Clealiness was satisfactory. At the given price it was satisfactory experience. Staffs are helpful and they arrange local transport easily.

Rooms are good to stay but staffs are not very cooperative.you have to tell for cleaning the rooms otherwise they don't. Blanket was stinky. Moreover they don't recharge room TV and while asking that TV is not working they simply told us Please watch TV on your mobile. Poor ambience.

My stay was very comfortable and relaxing.Temples and monasteries all around in Bodhgaya.Big room and clean interiors with all facilities.Staffs ready to help anytime.Definately will visit again in my next trip to Bodhgaya. Food is also good and service was quick.

unclean room. 1st room provided to me room no 205 their was broken tap and cistern was not working. wet floor. their was mosquito all over room. blanket was unclean. rest all real pics uploaded. small claustrophobic and unclean room with unclean bed linen

hotel not upto the mark , not three star quality , foods are not good & costly too .well behaved staffs. bathrooms are open in the back upper cold wind comes in to bathrooms .no mirror in the room. Ultimately it is not such quality as per money .

Comfortable stay , neat & clean room.Its a brand new building with all new fittings. Ordered Indian food , it was Okay.Loved the outside sit out area with lot of sunlight in winter morning.I liked the property.

Very pathetic hospitality. Rooms have fans but no regulator. Washroom doors don't have proper lock. Wi-Fi doesn't connects at all. Only the best thing about this place is locality. Highly, not recommended.

Very good hotel,very good staffs, best budgeted property and located on main road.I was bit apprehensive from outside , but rooms are good and environment inside is peaceful. I liked the hotel and staffs.

Good hotel , comfortable stay. Rooms are spacious with attached bathroom. Bedsheets & towel were clean. Breakfast was Ok,choice of Indian items with tea-coffee.Cannot ask for more at this price.

It is a horrible hotel, no towels. Said earlier that breakfast was complimentary but now they say it is chargeable. Very bad experience. I will never recommend this hotel
