Pros:- 1. Near to good restaurants. 2. Great view from room. Cons:- 1. Food at the restaurant is okay. 2. Geyser was not available in the allotted room for complete 24 hrs, had to manage with other room. 3. A bit difficult to locate with Google maps.

They couldn't serve us as a guest fell ill and couldn't check-out. So, the staff redirected us to another hotel which was not upto the mark. We booked Osel rooms at Rs. 1800/night and we were given a room worth Rs. 1200/night. This is sheer cheating

The property is beautiful and Nice and clean rooms with a restaurant.The staffs were very warm & friendly but WiFi was not available. However car parking was available and location was awesome.

room good staff behaviour ok . room is at market but stairs are pretty difficult to climb . bathroom clean staffs are instruction based . generator service very rare . overall experience ok

Worst hotel I came across. I stayed there for two nights and there was no electricity, hot water available, match box size room, no toiletries, noisy at night due to dogs bark
