Hi team, I had denied the checkin to the above property as the property condition was very pathetic and also the staff behaviour was very unethical.The rooms and bathroom was very dirty.The linen and bedsheets were very dirty and not changed.AC was not working in the room , no tv or wifi available.I had to book other property after seeing the condition.I had raised the query on the same day after checking in the other hotel. It was a horrible experience and chaotic to book another hotel in middle of a vacation trip in a new city.

I booked a room for 3 adults. when i asked for an extra bed. the hotel reception told me the bed is for 3 adults. which is actually Queen size bed. when asked for an extra bed they said extra charges but no bill will be provided. technically this is wrong. actually the bed was like a low quality sponge. while sleeping I could feel the bed not at all comfortable. no hot water in the bathroom. no kettle for hot water. not even they were able to provide hot water to drink.

They provided a room with no almirah and mirror. I had a stay of 4 days. Even after so many requests for changing it, the new room still had no almirah. They forgot to inform about the new room when it was available.

really bad rooms, no toilet seat, no holder for the jet, dirty sheets, dirty floors, there even was dog poop on the bed in one of the rooms on the -1 floor. I'd rate it a zero if I could. But I can't.

very bad washroom after completing at reception a person come with only room freshner and sprayed same and not cleaned washroom even the staff is very rude to customer.

Rooms are not maintained and staff behaviour is unprofessional. They will start false accusations in from of Customer service in case you try to cancel the booking.
