we booked the window bay room.. the hotel is in a good location, with a lot of greenary.. service is really good.. they respond very soon if you are facing any problem.. the hotel provides 24 hours hot water facility which is very important when you are staying in a cold place like ooty. they have a campfire..Though it says there is a restaurant in the hotel it doesnt have but there are many restaurants which are walkable from the hotel and the hotel provides dinner upon request, but you have to inform them prior.The room we booked has a compact bed which is just enough for a couple.. if you are travelling along with a kid choose the delux or honeymoon suites.. they provide a complimentary breakfast which tastes good.. the hotel is near to botanical garden and rose garden.. and is in the town.. overall we had a very pleasent stay in country tavern

Excellent stay, rooms look good , located in main area, Near by city limit, service person are very humble, u have nice parking facility, food taste is good ,over all good experience.. only thing they have to improve is service, service is very slow, mainly in restaurent nd room service , no intercom facility, They need to improve ,i have also told the person , they said have some issues wit manpower , Hope management will look in to it, otherwise nice experience.. this is really a top resort is Ooty , you get everything in room like dental kit , shaving kit so you dont have to bring your things, rooms are very nice and clean wit beautiful interior . hotel staff is so humble and helpful. Resort Restaurant is having nice view and delicious food , Chandan Singh is awesome person to help deciding you menu. overall wonderful experience :)

The photos are great from outside, but the rooms are made of glass, not maintained properly. This is the worst oxygen resort I have been to. They have a restaurant for name, but they don't have a kitchen. They get the breakfast from somewhere else and give, so had to wait everyday.

The hotel is too small in reality contradicting to what is shown in the photos. The hotel did not have the intercom in the rooms and had to call the reception on mobile phones. They charge ₹1000/- for a small stack of firewood and charge ₹200/- as tax on it.Food was miserable too

The resort is excellent for nature lovers.. refreshing ambiance. We stayed on there on Valentine's Day and were lucky to enjoy the special arrangements of the day... good service from the employees. Worth for money would recommend it to everyone.

The staffs were cordial and well behaving. They patiently listened to all our queries. The rooms are neat and clean. One issue we had was the WIFI was not reaching our room. Apart from that, the whole experience was good. Privacy.

location is very nice, all rooms are cozy, pretty and clean. Since the property is not very old, all the toilet fittings are brand new. Highly recommended! Very safe, not very crowded
