the owner is a greedy guy, First of all in his dictionary means Basement means dormitory. then what I was charged for the same. then I was offered an upgrade to a single room at a 100 rupee premium. then the owner says you need to pay 200 more to get that room, since I had already paid which was non-refundable, I had to accept his terms. so I paid 805 for the room which to my surprise was super dirty. I asked them to clean it before I check in, he said that the cleaner will come in a bit, but he never came even after repeated requests. so overall it was a poor experience which is why I Kind of didn't like here in Rishikesh.

Hotel Paayal, Rishikesh - a Pleasant and was a great experience there, Comfortable, Peaceful, perfect place to stay in Rishikesh with reasonable rate, it's very nearby Ganga Aarthi. Food - homely preparation, very tasty and served hot in a pleasant way, Excellence 💯. I stay with my family and the staff are very helpful. Rooms are also clean. I will recommend it to others, The hotel manager was very cooperative. Superb.

Very bad experience.... geyser was not working.. lighting was not proper...even glass to drink water were not available ..and were not provided even after asking....no phone was not available....too much noise and disturbance... washroom was very small and very unhygienic...TV was not with set top box .....all over bad experience

It was a bad place with a owner.The only perk was it is 100 meters from ISBT Rishikesh (bus stand).The owner asked for extra money for clean bedsheets and pillow cover. He even offered for single room if I paid extra 700 but that was more unclean with plasters coming out of the wall and had no personal washroom.

Requested for earlier checkin, but no response given on check-in. Overall requesting by our side given to us the dormitory @ ₹ 500/- xtra for just 3-4 hrs. No washroom entities we're provided, if asked for tea NOT AVAILABLE IN HOTEL (guy use to say given cash will bring from out side).

The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with a stunning view of the city skyline. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch, including a well-stocked minibar, high-quality toiletries, and fast, reliable Wi-Fi.

awesome hotel, nice location, nice staff behavior and food is delicious and tasty and they also bike on rent, car and other activities like hiking, tracking, rafting.

I liked the stay, they even provided food at reasonable rate. it's 1.5 km walkable distance from sita jula. overall good experience.
