Here’s a review write-up based on your experience: Mixed Experience – Great Location & Food, But Poor Service I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The location is excellent, making it convenient for travel and sightseeing. Additionally, the food quality was very good, which was one of the highlights of my stay. However, the service was quite poor. I had booked two rooms, but unfortunately, the AC was not working in the first room, so I had to request a change. Disappointingly, the AC in the second room also didn’t work, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, while the food and location are great, the hotel needs to improve its maintenance and service standards to provide a better experience for guests.

Hi all, please be careful before booking a room in this hotel. I had booked room for three and paid extra however after reaching hotel late nights, I was again asked to pay extra money, if not done check in will not be allowed. They asked me to pay in cash without any receipt. There is some fraudulent activity by employees happening in this property. This is new property with beautiful rooms and good location but such incidents is really concerning. Pl be aware and ready before booking this hotel.

Very comfortable stay, rooms were very nice, interiors and the washroom were very good. polite and hassle free service for addressing the check in and check out procedure. Would surely recommend it for anyone traveling to Pune.

Bed was the worst possible mattress. Weirdest water pressure. No coordination between restaurant and hotel. Food is pure veg. Definitely not worth it. Please dont waste your money

It is at good location and nearby to station. Clean rooms with good view. Staff is also helpful. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

worse hotel ever. they cancelled my booking last minute and asked me to move somewhere else. they denied us checkin last moment.
