Hotel Panchavarnaa

lot of issue as given below.1.No WiFi working. it's part of facility2.check-in not available as per time schedule. room available at 3:40 instead of 12:00 am3.room is not clean huge dust in floor.4. no ventilation in room, no balcony no window which mentioned in website.5. huge suffocation in room, so the charge for ruining AC is Rs 400 / 4 hrs, 6. tap water is available for drinks.7. there is no room service (as part of facility), you have to make your own arrangements for tea & meal also, the hotel will not give you the facility even by paying money.8. Receptionist person who knows only Tamil, he does not know Hindi and English.

Worst experience from the hotel management. The rooms were smelly, bathrooms were dirty and not at all cleaned after the previous guests have vacated. When we asked the management, they simply told to look for other places of the services are up to the mark. It was 10 PM and they were like we will cancel the booking from our end so you will get the refund. So far the worst hotel experience we have had and would never recommend this hotel to anyone else.

It was a very good stay at Hotel Panchavarna. I stayed for 3 daya 24 Hrs Hot Water , Room Service , clean rooms Close to temple., very helpful and responsive staff and owners Very much recommended lodge if looking for stay in Rameshwaram.

Hotel staff was helpful but lack basic amenities like kitchen. Hotel staff did managed to serve tea coffee but no in hotel kitchen / in room kettle etc for quick service.
