Excellent place to enjoy your vacations. Staff is very good. Location is also very beautiful. Two things to note.. 1. Hotel is on Mall road. So you'll be charged Rs.150 by the municipal office as entry fee to mall road every time. Vehicle entry restricted (although not very strict) between 16:30-22:30. 2. Hotel location is almost 200 mtr above mall road with very very steep up hill road. It's not at all easy to drive your vehicle up to the hotel parking. But don't worry. Hotel has very helpful parking assistance. Just call them and they'll send the driver down to mall road who'll drive your vehicle to the hotel parking. Hotel has a very beautiful garden with swings, slides and trampoline for kids to enjoy. It's in the front of restaurant so you can enjoy your meal while kids can hang around and enjoy in the garden.

the trip was very special for us as it was first trip with our baby .and I must say it was so refreshing .the stay was hessle free.the hotel room was neat and clean ,room service and food was very good .well behaving descent staff .they provide pick and drop facility from hotel to Mall road .it was very helpful for us as climbing that steep is very difficult with a baby .so plus one for that .location is very beautiful .it's on the Mall road .and yes it's steep high .but that's the beauty .and we love it .it has a beautiful lawn too with swings .I totally recommend this hotel .thank you mr Manmohan ans staff for making our trip beautiful .

1. Hotel is really very nice manager and the staff is very polite and helping. 2. The food is also very delicious. 3. The Vally view from hotel room is excellent. 4. Very close to the mall road. 5. Slightly up on the hill but there is a pick and drop provided by the hotel and that is totally free. 6. if you are unable to drive up on the hill to reach up to the hotel then just call to hotel they will send driver to drive your vehicle. 7. Overall excellent experience.

I stayed with my family (including Sr citizen parents) from 16-18 Jun, 2022. Pros (1) Supportive staff. (2) Terrace view from room was very very nice. (3) Nice property including garden, parking, kids entertainment zone. (4) Good quality food. Cons (1) Yes, property is on the Mall road, but the way to property was quite steep. They are providing cab facility to reach hotel till 10:30PM. So, I stayed well with my Sr citizen parents.

The experience was Amazing!! The stay was quite comfortable and had great hospitality.Eden Restaurant Food was good and tasty. The surroundings were very neat and clean. Enjoyed bonfire.Thanks!! We were not informed neither mentioned anywhere that cars are not allowed across the barrier on Mall road, Mussoorie b/w 4:00 PM - 10:30 PM. Faced difficulty in parking our car and to take our belongings till the destination.

Overall stay was very good. Well behaved staff and really kind & helpful. Good buffet breakfast . Good rooms, provide room heater . But only issue is that hotel is on height from mall road , so you have to call the hotel car to pick you up from mall road. Service is free of cost . Good stay . Kids area .

best part of mussorie trip was this hotel only . We stayed in balcony valley view room and view was amazing and far better than gun hill top view. Food was also better than most of the restaurants on the mall road. They had bonfire as well on both nights of our stay with some good music .

amazing experience with staying in the resort, specially kids really enjoy in garden but steep hill toward the hotel way but very nice property, view from the hotel amazing. mall road is near by300 mtr, hotel provide pick and drop fecilety from hotel to mall road.

The hotel was very neat and clean. Staff were very welcoming, polite and helpful. View of the entire city from hotel is very beautiful. pick up and drop by hotel car. (one issue was with the geyser not working, but it was dealt very promptly) hassle free check-in

Awesome hospitality and good spacious and luxurious room. Food is awesome. Best thing is hotel is on the mall road and at a good altitude to get a good view of the hill station town. Kudos to the entire team.

It was a very pleasant stay with a very warm staff. if you're in mussorie, I'd strongly suggest you to stay here. Also, not to forget, the view from the balcony is breathtaking
