Royal palms has tied up with N K Royal plams hence there was no service rendered there was no one to take our baggage to the room we yourself had to walk and pull our baggages the room is not as per standard there was no intercom I had to face incomvience to order food for my family i went to royal plams restaurant to order food but they refused to deliver it when I mentioned my room no 19/4 they informed me that it's a private property hence no delivery services we had to go out and have food every time I needed any thing I had to clone 1st for steep and go up and down i went to Nk office which is outside the hotel I pesonaly spoke to Mr Don from Nk he mentioned that the property outside is maintained by Karma royal plams hence cleaning is not possible by there end I asked for towels while going to the pool they refused me as services are not rendered by them as it's handled by NK property Karma royal plams treated us like outsider and I had to go through lots of incomvience between these 2 tie up There was no lights on the corridor I informed royal plams staff to fix it as it was dark they did not bother After 2 days I informed the Nk staff they fixed it really it was a bad experience and not value the rooms are cleaned after 2days however the staff of NK the 3 girls who were very helpful and courtyes one on then I remember is Jenny who was more customer friendly And my family liked talking to her my suggestion is that if there is a tie up within the same property then the service level should be the same and not treated like outsider royal plams is try to prove to others that if not member of royal plams then this is what you get and to show the differences they would able to make others the members this is completely wrong from them... nk royal palms owns a few apartments in karma royal palms resort. while karma royal palms apartments are good, they are better maintained and serviced well by karma team, nk has 2-3 people working pretty much like on ad hoc basis. the apartment needs a lot of maintenance. especially bathroom is badly maintained. no hot water. the small kitchenette has chipped coffee mugs, pans without handles etc etc. dining table was rickety...the glass table top threatened to slip away every time we sat or got up from the table. bedsheets were cheap and towels very dirty. felt as though they were recycling unwashed linen. the rugs/duvets were worst. one was so tattered, dirty cotton came out of it. the other slightly better...but pretty similar. they refused to give us pool towels. there's a smallest size tv screen but they had not renewed Tata sky subscription for the first 3 days. our kid was frustrated by then. finally they did that on the 4th day. we had a total stay of 5 days.

Accommodation is at Karma Royal Palms only. No daily Housekeeping(alternate days). Rooms equipped with induction stove, Microwave oven and cooking utensils. Ideal for people who would like cook food and can save on food expenses(need wash utensils yourself). Excellent ambience at affordable price. Be prepared to help yourself as it is budget package. Excellent well maintained swimming pool. Kids activity like mail show, indoor games, snooker, carrom and TT. Kids park, dart game. Karaoke singigd and painting activity. Beach is just 1km walk. plenty of food courts around. Strongly recommend for families with kids.

would love to stay again here. because of a Wonderful and kind hearted receptionist people, owner, watch mens, security people and the who ever are related to this property are really very good. Family members and children will enjoy a lot in this property. would love to visit again here such a beautiful and peaceful environment. Thanks for the property owners.

Dont confuse it with Karma royal palms. Its in same premises but some apartments are operated by private persons. Its clean from inside but not same like karma. They have shortage of staff so daily cleaning not there. However, it justify the price.

I was veey happy with the amenities provided by the property. A delightful stay with clean rooms, clean pool, many indoor activities and a lovely restaurant. Special mention to Mr.Mangesh for providing such a wonderful service. Thank you.

Location was good. Free WiFi/internet facility was an added advantage for me. The best thing about our stay was delicious food at in house restaurant. There was nothing like time limitation for going out and coming back.

Avoid. If I’d paid under 1000r I’d accept this place but this place is tired, very poorly maintained and quite frankly not a place I would stay. I left without staying the night and lost my money. Very poor standard.

This is my 3rd time at NK Royal Palms. Perfect place to get feel of home away from home. Shops are restaurants are very accessible and the beach is just 5 mins away on a bike or car. Very peaceful and clean place.

Poor service, the AC wasn't working and the lady who was responsible to fix all the issues dint respond to our calls. Otherwise, we had a good stay just bcoz of the location.
