The property is new and the rooms are good however, the service is pathetic. Front desk guy at the day shift is very helpful and transparent. 1st day - They couldn't manage the morning breakfast. We were waiting for more than an hour to get some of the items listed on the menu for breakfast and still did not get them. We left because they were just saying that the items are being prepared for over an hour. We left the key at the front desk for getting our room cleaned and it was as is when we got back in the night. They do not have door mats available for washrooms. The minute you enter their room, your eyes would start itching due to furniture particles and you'll also have to get used to the furniture smell. They do not have body lotions available. I saw their reviews with majority of them being 5 which makes me wonder if they are true since someone staying there for even 1 day would not have such a pleasant experience to rate it as 5.

Genuine Review to help others Hotel room was clean but they will give you the WORST SERVICE you ever got from any other hotel. I have booked this hotel for 2 days. They don't even change your towels in the next day. They don't clean your room next day after continously asking them. For a single water bottle also you have to go to reception and ask for it. They don't provide even water to your room. Pathetic experience with this price Their staff is really very unprofessional Hope with this I can help others to choose better

My visit to shri harmandir golden temple is memorable. The stay in hotel weldone (near to volvo bus stand - city center amritsar) is such an amazing experience of fine hospitality with fabulous facilitation..authentic food. I would like praise the hotel management to provide guests free ev-cart for the golden temple. Kudos weldone .. I recommend this hotel for stay good & the hospitality culture. Thanks weldone!!
