Great to stay in Hotel Payel. it is in main market near to Gadisar lake. l liked much the behaviour of all staff including owner is very nice . if you will reach there every arrangement is done by them no need for extra search for cab or the Desert night camp with its Ride every thing you will get from them with a package Nice food also cooked in hotel with your choice. I Loved to stay in that Hotel . if I got chance again I will definitely loved to stay in this hotel.

It was a good experience staying at city express. beautiful rooms and big rooms. Even their restaurants are so big with a good options for breakfast,Lunch & Dinner . Really an Amazing experience. What a beautiful concept. Loved it.Also they arrangement safari camp package with warm welcome,Snacks,Coffe & Tasty Dinner.check in and check out was smooth. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience. safety. Lakshman ji & all staff are good behavior persons.

I along with my family stayed in this hotel on 16th Jan 2023. It was really short stay for us not even a full day but the experience was quite amazing. The rooms were really well decorated and bathrooms were bigger and clean. Staffs were really cooperative and I enjoyed staying here. The only minor issue I had was the hot water in winter. It wasn't 24 hrs service.

Total homely atmosphere. Hotel owner Gulab Singh is very Co-operative and helpful. On behalf of us he planed everything with reasonable price. Don't worry weather your train is late or not they will pick up and drop which is free. Jeep safari camel safari, quad riding, night camp everything was just superb.

excellent stay at hotel Payal he also arrange desert safari camp in Sam. This property is near to most of the tourist attractions in Jaisalmer. room was clean. our stay was comfortable here. besides their restaurant Panjabi food is very tasteful.

it was nice to stay at Hotel Payal. Room and bathroom were big enough and clean. Food was good. Staffs are very friendly. Location is a plus. Sonar Kella, Gadisar lake, Patwa haveli... all are within 1km from this hotel.

The management of this hotel was best.. we get each and every type of facility. The rooms of the hotel were good.. food of this hotel was also good And it was tasty.. we didn't face any kind of problem in room service...

This is good and cost friendly , behaviour of staff is awsome and friendly. we can stay with family , and they provide transport facilities too and this is near to Railway station and bus stop.
