I had accidentally entered the wrong dates for check-in and was suppose to travel the next day. I was confused and angry on my self,how could I do such a mistake and was worried. T bring to your notice and am very happy to say after getting in touch with the customer care person he not only sorted the issue in regards to the dates but called me many times to just check if there was no problem in my check in. Tust me I was amazed by the concern of the person at the other end. I am so sorry I don't remember the representatives name. I would like to thank him for the same and keep the great work going. it was awesome experience at hotel peacock.staff is very cooperative and friendly.room is clean and well maintained. but i faced little bit problem with tv.because TV of my room was not working.otherwise very gud stay in budget amount. i check out around 11 am and i handed over my luggage at hotel reception then came after 2 hours of business work. took my luggage from reception and went away.

I stay in AC double beds it is very excellent to stay one person to stay little bit expensive but two members to stay affordable moreover this hotel near to rani channamma circle about 700 meters. I'm not tried food. From this place to Centrum building gokul road, malls about 2 to 4 kms.
