Complete Mess!!! This is a 3 star hotel at very good location in Rishikesh. However the staff is not trained at all to do hospitality. The manager Piyush (big, healthy guy) had no care in the world about us. When we met him at the reception to check in, there was a vibe like he was paying for our stay. For most part of the day, he was not sitting at the reception and we had wait every time we wanted to ask about something. There breakfast buffet is closed so you will have very limited options to select from, food is average. Our room had a decent view, but again they were not cleaned properly. There were a lot of cockroaches roaming, no hand wash, hand towels provided. We booked it for the view and location but our experience was not good. Please save yourself from misery.

Room and overall service was not good and staff was rude and continuesly pressured to leave the room exact at 11:00 am. While we understand that this was mentioned that 11:00 am is the checkout time, they should have informed us much prior to vacate the room so that we could pack our bags. Overall was not a setisfactory stay. They did not even offered water when we reached the hotel. Fans had plenty of dust which even got into our food.

Worst experience. I havr booked 2 rooms for 2 days but cant stand in this hotel for 2 mins. if you want to book a hygiene hotel, dont book this hotel. You cant breath in this kind of place, i am looking for my refund but getting response hotel ia denying for it. I hv shared other guests feedback also. Its better to sleep in your car or in any ashram other than this hotel. My mistake that i haven't checked google review before booking.

I had a good experience at the hotel. Staff is really good & supportive. But is little costly compared to the facilities you will have in room like no toothpaste, no TV subscription. Room from the view is OK but it has an awesome top/restaurant views of Ram Jhula n Ganga River. I had booked an standard room but it was stinking so they switched me to deluxe room with no extra charge. Really appreciate the effort from staff.

This is really nonsense hotel is under construction Cockroach 🪳 is there is rooms so many,only one staff he is responsible for all kitchen,house keeping and reception,no hand wash in washroom,washroom in bad condition,entire room is having smell of wood work that is going on in hotel currently I was in family and just. checked in so not having any option in night to go out this is really wastage of my money

I would have given 3 stars but unless it's 1 star it won't get noticed. The food was very bad. They included breakfast as complementary and thought they are giving it free. Overall hotel location and ambience was good. We stayed for just one night so not too sure of service but please avoid food, costly and tasteless.

We had a pleasant stay on request the manager upgraded our rooms. Rooms were neat and clean. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was decent and good in taste.... A special thank you as had forgot the mobile charger at the hotel which was sent to Mumbai by courier...😊

a really amazing stay at hotel. food is awesome and worth staying nearest ganga river n ram jhula ,views in morning and in night too from terrace is mesmerizing... we celebrate our anniversary at terrace cafe of hotel... one of the best celebration I did.

Pathetic, really pathetic not going to book it again. the light went around 02pm in night and there was no hotel staff. It was a nightmare to stay . only good thing is view from roof, dats it. no maintenance no room service after 10pm.
